Registration Forms
- 12 Year Old Waiver- (to play in minors) - This waiver must be submitted to the Board of Directors to request a 12 year old to play in minors. By Little League rule, all 12 year olds must play in Majors unless the Board, the parent, the District Administrator, and Little League International approves the waiver.
- Volunteer Application - All local Little Leagues are required to conduct background checks on managers, coaches, board of directors members, and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players or teams.
- Regulation II(d) (Residency Waiver) - The waiver must be submitted for a player who is currently living outside of the TWLL boundaries to be eligible for post-season play.
